This results in a slightly more sophisticated structure than in the Sorbière while requiring a bit more aging to integrate smoothly the oak aromas.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLe Chant des Roches is a superb high quality red wine which firm palate structured by light, dense and long tannins will sublimate your red meat in sauce dishes.
