Made of 100% Merlot, Patis Red is one of the pure and genuine red wines the Perraud brother produce, with a bit of a "southern" touch to it: fragrant nose, stronger body. A nice Loire Valley variation of the very popular Merlot grape, and as usual with the Domaine des Cognettes wines, a great value for money.
