Vinframställning är nära kopplad till naturens och årstidernas rytm och i detta ligger dess charm.

rå följer naturens regelbundna rytm genom att erbjuda olika sortiment av viner i olika säsonger.

 

Beställning

När beställningen är mottagen visas en automatisk bekräftelse på beställningssidan.

Beställningsbekräftelsen skickas även via e-post.

För att göra köpupplevelsen så enkel som möjligt för våra kunder är fraktkostnaden från Frankrike till Skåne inkluderad i produktpriset. För leveranser utanför Skåne läggs transportkostnaderna från Malmö till leveransadressen till försäljningspriset.

rå strävar efter att erbjuda möjligast billig frakt utan att transportförhållanderna påverkar vinernas kvalitét. rå tjänar ej pengar på fraktkostnaderna.

rå betalar moms och punktskatt på alla viner som säljs i Sverige i enlighet med gällande lagar och förordningar. Skatter är inkluderade i orderpriserna.

 

Betalning

Enligt skattemyndighetens direktiv för distansförsäljning måste varje leverans ha en köpare när varorna anländer till Sverige. Därför gäller förskottsbetalning på alla ordrar.

Betalning sker via banköverföring efter det att beställningen har godkänts och orderbekräftelsen/fakturan har skickats till den e-postadress du angett vid beställning.

Om betalningen inte görs inom den tidsfrist som angivits i orderbekräftelsen avbryts ordern.

Observera att rå har rätt att avbeställa ordern och återbetala köpeskillingen om vi anser att villkoren nedan inte är uppfyllda:

• Köparen måste ha fyllt 20 år vid inköpstillfället.
• Köparen måste beställa som privat och slutlig konsument.
• Köparen måste ange en svensk adress i ordern.

 

Leverans

rå arrangerar leveranser till Sverige flera gånger om året med en leverans för varje sortiment och säsong. Den förväntade leveranstiden anges för varje sortiment.

Vinet skickas direkt till leveransadressen du angett vid beställning. Du kommer att informeras om den exakta leveranstiden i förväg. För det ändamålet ber vi dig att ange ett telefonnummer när du gör din beställning.

 

Returpolicy

Om du har ändrat dig gällande det vin du precis beställt och ännu inte har erlagt betalning för din order vänligen meddela oss på jacquesdesoyres@gmail.com så avbryter vi din beställning.

Efter att betalningen har gjorts kan du fortfarande avbryta din order före betalningsfristen som anges i orderbekräftelsen har gått ut. En avbokningsavgift på 20% av ordervärdet kommer att debiteras.

Efter den angivna tidsfristen accepterar vi inte längre avbokning av lagda ordrar.

Naturligtvis är du ej skyldig att betala för en defekt eller skadad flaska. Transportskador måste dokumenteras och meddelas direkt till transportören vid leverans. Kontakta oss om du misstänker att du fått en defekt flaska och vi hjälper dig med din ersättning.

rå mirrors this natural rhythm by offering different wine selections in different seasons during the year.

Ordering

When the order is received, an automatic confirmation is provided on screen and by email.

For the sake of simplicity for our customers, shipping costs from France to Skåne are already included in the products' prices and do not need to be paid extra. For deliveries outside of Skåne, the cost of transport from Malmö to the delivery address will be charged on top of the disclaimed price. rå aims to get the cheapest shipping prices while transport conditions do not affect the quality of the wines. rå does not earn money on shipping.

rå pays VAT and excise duty on all wines sold in Sweden in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Taxes are also included in the order prices.

Payment

According to the tax authorities directive for distance selling, each delivery must have a buyer when the goods arrive in Sweden, therefore prepayment is mandatory.

Payment is made by bank transfer after the order has been passed and the order confirmation/invoice has been sent to the email address you have given when ordering.

If payment is not made by the deadline indicated in the order confirmation, the order will be canceled.

Please note that rå has the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price if we consider that the conditions below are not met:

• The buyer must have completed 20 years at the time of purchase.
• The buyer must order as a private and final consumer.
• The buyer must enter a Swedish address on the order.

Delivery

rå organizes deliveries to Sweden several times a year, one for each selection and season. The expected delivery period is indicated for each selection. No delivery by the end of the calendar month following the indicated delivery period gives right to full reimbursement. 

The wine is shipped directly to the shipping address you indicate when ordering. You will be informed beforehand about the delivery time. To that end we ask you to provide a phone number when making your order.

Return Policy

If you have second thoughts about the wine you just ordered but have not paid for yet, please let us know at jacquesdesoyres@gmail.com and we will cancel your order.

Once payment has been made, you can still cancel your order before the deadline for payment indicated in the order confirmation. A 20% restocking / cancellation fee will be charged.

After the indicated deadline we will no longer accept cancellation.

Of course you should not pay for a defective or damaged bottle. Transport damage must be documented and notified directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Contact us if you suspect you received a defective bottle and we will help you to be replaced.
