This relatively new cuvée of the Perraud brothers is made with Sauvignon Gris (grey Sauvignon), a grape which produces fragrant and vibrant white wines. This is a wine with personality, and a very interesting variation of the other white wines produced by the Perraud brothers and also featured in this Autumn 2020 selection: Selection and Les 2 Terres.
Dingue de Toi 2018 will be a perfect companion to river fish in sauce or poultry. It will pair nicely with soft paste cheese as well as with creamy desserts and apple pies.
