Domaine des Cognettes - Clos des Choffardières 2020 (vitt/white)

The Clos des Choffardières is one of the top wines from Cognettes estate. 100% Melon de Bourgogne, this wine come from selected vines and is maturated longer (3 years) than the estate's main cuvée ("Sélection", graded 95/100 by British winemagazine Decanter), adding richness and subtle complexity while keeping the great dynamics between tensed minerality and smooth aromatic movements that makes the quality of the Sélection.

This wine and its subtle aromas of citrus, apricot and mandarin will pair wonderfully with a creamy fish with brown rice and grilled vegetables in olive oil, or with an old matured pressed cheese such as 24 months Swiss Gruyère.
