Jean-François Malsert established the Domaine de l'Iserand wine estate by restoring old vines and planting new ones on land that belonged to his grandfather on the steep slopes of the Rhône river west bank. The vineyard covers now a surface of about 3 hectares of manually selected vines, with Syrah, Gamay, Chasselas, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier grapes all grown organically.
"Tu te la pet" is Jean-François's sparkling rosé and features an original blend of Syrah and Gamay, making it an aromatic yet smooth natural sparkling wine (also called " Pet'Nat' " in French) and a nice change from the more classic sparkling wines.
