P. Corbineau - Conquêtes 2015 Young barrel (vitt/white) : In the Secrets of the Gods II

The same wine as the Conquêtes 2015 but matured in a more recent oak barrel, thus giving it distinctive aromas of vanilla and clove. Those appreciating these tastes given by more recent oak casks will enjoy the way they subtly and harmoniously blend with the ample movements of this generous and intense Chenin.

A high quality wine that will best be appreciated with roasted veal, poultry or more simply rillettes on fresh bread.

Number of bottles available for this Fall 2018 selection: 120 (only one 225l barrel of this wine exists!)
