Vintersortiment 2018
Vårt vintersortiment 2018 är nu stängt.
För vårt Vinter 2018 vinsortiment har vi valt ut sju olika viner – med en variation av smak och karaktär. Vinerna kommer från 3 olika och framstående vinproducenter från regionen Val de Loire.

För varje vin har vi sökt att beskriva inte bara dess ursprung men också de känslor vinet inger. Vi uppger även förslag på servering.
De flesta av dessa viner produceras i små mängder och är svåra att få tag på. Alla dessa viner produceras med största respekt för miljön, utan syntetisk bekämpningsmedel och herbicid och med mycket begränsade ingrepp under vinframställningsprocessen. Dessa viner är naturliga, de är fulla av liv, har komplexa och dynamiska strukturer och är ett genuint uttryck för de « terroirs » som de kommer ifrån.
Beställningar lagda före den 10:e februari har planerad leverans före den 26:e februari.

Our Winter 2018 wines selection features three wine estates located in Val de Loire, and seven different wines offering distinct personalities.

For each wine we have tried not only to describe their origin but also the feelings they aroused in us. We also give tips about how to serve them.
Most of these wines are produced in small quantities and can be hard to get to. They are all produced with the utmost respect for the environment, without any synthetic products nor herbicides and with very limited interventions during the winemaking process. These wines are natural, full of life, offer complex and dynamic structures and are a genuine expession of the terroirs they come from.
Orders are open until the 10th of Feburary 2019 the latest (based on avaibility and on a « first order first served » basis) for delivery no later than the 26th of Februrary, 2019.
